CAP heavily relies on knowledge. Knowledge we have to gain every day to stay updated on the evolutions of society and the state of the planet, knowledge we want to give, convey, for the benefit of our customers, our entourage. The acquisition and sharing of knowledge keeps us busy every day. CAP invests in the training of its staff up to more than 10% of its payroll, and provides training about ΒΌ of its time. CAP is also involved in numerous panels, debates and lectures and writes articles to feed the public opinion.
