New paradigms, new knowledge! Sustainable development and social responsibility represents new concepts that require training, innovation, and adaptation to change they generate.Therefore, since 15 years, CAP combines consulting and training in social responsibility. CAP has formalised its offer of courses in a catalog of high-level professional trainings.

I. ISO 26000 – Guidance on Social Responsibility

ISO 26000 is the international strategic tool for organisations regarding their social responsability. Since 2005, CAP is part of the Belgian delegation that participates to its development and is « official presenter » for Belgium. This is a 1-day training programme to put ISO 26000 guidelines into practice through a systematic methodology. In-house trainings are also possible.

II. Global Reporting Initiative – GRI – Edition 2021

The GRI Standards are the first global standards for sustainability reporting.

They feature a modular, interrelated structure, and represent the global best practice for reporting on a range of economic, environmental and social impacts.

The GRI Standards have been substantially reviewed in October 2021.

III. ISO 20400 – Sustainable procurement

ISO 20400 is the international standard on responsible procurement (SP). Under the form of guidelines – non certifiable – it explains why and how to integrate considerations of sustainability inside the procurement activities of organizations, as part of their social responsibility.
The ISO 26000 guidelines on social responsibility are a strong source of reference for this standard. They define the scope of what is understood under sustainability applied to all types of organizations.

Training sessions are organised upon request.

  8. Stakeholder dialogue and consultation.

All these courses are aligned with the recommendations of the ISO 26000 Guidance.
